Orlando helping to finish up the day after he finished his classes at the junior College. He is going to school for computer science. He lives 4 hours away and commutes from home to school on Sunday, lives with the principle, then takes the bus home on Friday afternoon for the weekend. Notice his nice clean shirt.. he didn't get a drop of dirt on it and he mixed and hauled several wheel barrows of concrete!!

A local heard we had a vet on site so they brought over a puppy who had been run over about 2 weeks ago. His little left hip is dislocated. Amy tried to put it back in place but it hurt him too much.. bless his little heart.

           Chinese market where we purchased eggs, Lots of them, cleaning supplies, sodas, deodorant, bath soap, and several Belizian Machetties!!

Worker at tortilla factory... it is extremely hot and notice how beautifully and professionally she is dressed for this hot, dirty work.

                                     
                 Worker in the lye vats working the corn for the flour. The corn comes in whole and dried then is soaked and cooked in large vats of water and lye.. then rinsed and ground for the Masa. The tortilla's are absolutely wonderful!!

    Miss Jaque' made us Belizian beans and rice with a wonderful spicy homemade gluten topping and salad.

                                Dinner  Prep. Cooking 3 meals per day is a lot of work for 40 people!!

          Beginning work .... mixing concrete by hand, carrying water, sand and gravel in 5 gallon buckets.

Rock brigade. You would pay a premium price for this beautiful white rock in the states. We use this for landscaping, they use it for fill!!
