                 1:30 Friday morning.. is this Belize.. oh wait.. it's just the Atlanta Airport :_(

                   Yeah!!! we finally made it to Belize at 1130 am on Friday morning. Lunch.. we are starving!!

                                            What.. no bus? Still waiting at 430pm on Friday.

                                     At last on the bus to the junior college. Yikes.. these roads are crazy!!

Well, what a trip we had. It truly has been an Adventure. Time has been at a minimum so we are a bit behind getting these posts done for all of you, but be sure you have all been on our minds and in our hearts and we are so very thankful for all the prayers which have been coming our way.

So.. back to the story. We all started out on the same flight from Denver to Dallas then we should have gotten on a plane 40 min later and landed in Belize City at around 4:30 pm on Thursday evening. However, mother Nature had a much different plan for us.

High winds shut down DIA so our plane was re routed to Austin. We sat on the ground in Austin for a couple of hours.. finally got some more fuel, then got in the air again. Unfortunately our plane to Belize left Dallas when it should have... without us!!

Long story short... we finally made it to Dallas then the group got split up. Some left for Atlanta immediately, some left a couple hours later. We all met up again at ATL around 130 in the AM.. then one group left ATL at around 830 for Miami, then Miami to Belize... getting here around 1130 on Friday morning. The other group arrived in Belize around 230 that afternoon. Then.. our bus got lost... but finally found us and delivered us to the college.

Bill had arrived as planned the day before and had a wonderful spaghetti dinner prepared for us.. what a welcome treat that was!!

All in all, we are very blessed to have made it to our destination, safe and sound.
